Refund & Returns Policy

At Test My Paws, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality services and accurate results. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy that allows you to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase*.

Food Sensitivity Test Refunds:

​

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

​

  • You must contact our customer service team at info@testmypaws.com within 14 days of your purchase before sending in your sample.

  • You must provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with our services.

  • You must have followed our instructions for taking the test and provided us with accurate and complete information.

​

If you meet these criteria, we will issue a refund to you within 30 days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

​

*Please note, we will not refund the Test after completing the full service.

​

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

​

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

​

  • If your sample has been processed by our testing facility.

  • If you have received your test results and are unhappy with the outcome without following the necessary steps to eliminate the items reported in your results.

  • A sample does not reach the testing facility enabling us to complete our responsibility. We will always to try to find a resolution for you in this scenario.

  • If you have not followed our instructions for taking the test or have provided us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • If you request a refund more than 14 days after your purchase.

  • If you have purchased our services through a third-party retailer or website. In such cases, you must refer to their refund policy.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms of service.

If you have not received your refund within 14 business days after approval, please contact us at info@testmypaws.com or by filling out our form.
