We cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or theft of samples that have not been received by us. It is recommended that you send all items via a tracked or signed-for delivery method.
The quoted times for dispatch, delivery, processing, and results are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. While we strive to meet our customer satisfaction guarantee and guidelines, we do not accept liability for failing to meet these timelines.

In the event of a Force Majeure situation, we will notify you of a revised reschedule and/or refund policy if the situation is likely to impact our business and obligations for over 30 days.

If you purchased your test from a third-party retailer, partner, or any company other than directly through our website, you should contact the retailer for any refund requests. Third-party promotional websites may still offer a money-back guarantee; however, if you did not make the payment directly to us, you must resolve the matter with the business from which you purchased the product.
